a) Listed delivery charges include both freight and packing, and are subject to additional 10% GST within Australia. The estimated arrival times are taken directly from information provided by our carriers. These are estimates only, not guarantees; eXpansys is not responsible if this varies.
b) Estimated delivery times are shown from the time we despatch; despatch time varies depending upon stock availability and whether there are prior customer orders for the same item.
c) Goods will generally need to be signed for. Please give a delivery address where someone will be available.
d) An automated email notification will be sent to you when we ship your order; please contact us if your order does not arrive within 48 hours after the estimated arrival time.
e) We use couriers and postal services to ensure that the most efficient delivery method occurs for your delivery location. If you have a specific delivery method preference, please request this at time of ordering, otherwise we will choose at our discretion. Our contracted carriers include Australian Air Express, TNT, Australia Post, and various local services.
f) Saturday deliveries are at the discretion of the couriers, it is our experience that in most cases they do not choose to deliver on Saturdays, and a substantial additional fee is levied if Saturday delivery is required.
g) Rush and urgent deliveries can often be arranged; call us for a price (depends on your location).
