Problem when upgrading Zen OS [Creative 30GB Zen Vision M - 129550]

I have a problem when I tried to upgrade my firmware. My computer is running with XP SP2 and I am using Windows Media Player 10. I cleanned up and reboot but when I try to reload the OS, I receive this error : "Your player is not connected, please connect your player." whereas It''s connected.

i have the same problem. I reseted my player and a few hours later I connected the player to my computer and I also received and still receive this message: "Your player is not connnected, please connect your player" What to do now?
