My headset has also gone dead [Nextlink Bluespoon Chameleon - 105109]

Unfortunately my headset seems to be another that has gone dead. I was given mine as a present at end of october so is still fairly new. Could someone please tell me if its going to be best to send it back for replacement or, if this is getting to be a common problem on these headsets a refund and get another make?

The order no. was 48F241F32F7B (expansys), shipped on the 5th October.
