I bought this OnePlus 6 avengers model, but it missed a special item "Infinty Medal". So I asked customer service to send the item. They said they need to check the product that I had bought first. Then I ask them why and what they will check, since it just missed one item, sending the item is just OK. However, they just said again they need to check the produt first without answering my question. So I haven't gotten the Infinity Medal yet. Is anyone in the same situation? It's really unreliable service.
