Ordered on 29th June - order still not processed [Sony SmartWatch 3 SWR50 - 265548]


I placed an order on the 29th June, and it still does not look to be processed. I haven't been able to get through on the customer service line, and have also raised a ticket to follow up (last Friday, 1st July). Can you please advise how to move the transaction forward? Thank you.
